What Happened to the 100 Season 3
This is the way for Star Wars fans. With season 2 of this Disney+ live-action series looming in the distance, some fans are looking for a refresher on the adventures of the Mandalorian and Baby Yoda. Here's everything important that happened during the first season.
Fans met the Mandalorian during this Disney+ series
The Empire has crumbled and the First Order hasn't emerged yet. As a result, in this corner of the galaxy, bounty hunting is a lucrative, but complicated, profession. The protagonist of this story, a masked "Mandalorian," takes a job with very little information but plenty of rewards.
He gets a piece of Beskar, a valuable metal, especially for the Mandalorians, before even retrieving the subject. He takes it to his hidden, underground home, where viewers meet a few other Mandalorians, who have to keep their size and strength a secret.
On his way to finding this bounty, he befriends a local named Kuiil. It's thanks to his help that he finds the Child alongside a droid. (He hates droids, though.) When they find the bounty and realize he's just a Child, the Mandalorian shoots the droid and decides to take him back alone.
In episode 2 of this series, fans learned the reason why this child is so valuable. When the Maldaorian goes into a cave and comes out beaten up by a monster called a "Mudhorn," the Child uses the Force to save him.
The Mandalorian feels pretty bad about this because he ends up giving the Child to the people from the Empire, not knowing what they're going to do with him. After battling with his conscience, the Mandalorian decides to go back and save it, kick-starting the duo's journey to find a safe home.

The Mandalorian is looking for a safe home for The Child
That leads them to the Sanctuary, where they find temporary peace after saving a small town from raiders. The Mandalorian does this with the help of Cara Dune, a former "Shock Trooper" living on the planet. Just when they think things are settling down, they discover another bounty hunter had a fob for the Child. They have to keep moving.
After his ship sustains damage from a fight with other bounty hunters, the Mandalorian heads to Tatooine to do some repairs. He leaves the Child with a mechanic working on his ship and teams up with another bounty hunter. Turns out, this new ally wanted to take the Mandalorian back to the Guild the whole time, so he shoots him and leaves for a new adventure with the Child.
Without a job and without money, the Mandalorian turns to an old friend for help. This "friend" puts the bounty hunter in a crew with a mission — to retrieve a man captured on a ship owned by the Empire. The crew double-crosses him, though, and locks the Mandalorian in a cell. Of course, he escapes and manages to get revenge.

The Mandalorian returns with the Child
Then, the Mandalorian receives a message from the Guild member, Greef Karga. If the Mandalorian returns with the Child as bait, Greef Karga explains, they could get close enough to the man in charge to kill him. The bounty hunter agrees to go back, but, he decides to find Cara Dune and she agrees to come.
He then goes back to Kuiil's planet, asking him to come and take care of the Child. After a long battle and the loss of Kuiil, the Mandalorian manages to escape with the Child and Cara Dune.
It's only possible, however, with the help of the other Mandalorians, who all came out of hiding to help out. This is the way. Now, there are still some loose ends. The one member of the Empire, Moff Gideon, is still alive, emerging from the wreckage with a lightsaber-like sword.
Season 2 of The Mandalorian premieres on Oct. 30. To learn more about Disney+ and to subscribe, visit their website.
